All staterooms on the Norwegian Sun have a TV, duvet and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Lower beds in all staterooms may be arranged as a queen-size bed except where otherwise noted. Stateroom photos below are sample only. Actual cabin details may vary.

Pricing is quoted per person based on double occupancy. Fares include Cruise Fare, Port Tax, Government Fees, Prepaid Gratuities, Group Transfers in Vancouver & Whittier, and all New Life teaching and private events.

Norwegian Cruise Lines reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests should the price of light sweet crude oil according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index) increase above $65.00 per barrel.

Please be advised, if you are planning on signing up for the cruise and will be traveling with 3 or more passengers, call us for triple/quad occupancy pricing or you may book 2 cabins to accommodate your party. Also, for single occupancy cabins please call for pricing.

Deposit and Payment Information:
A deposit of $500 per person is due at the time of booking. Cabin fares are subject to change and availability after March 03, 2013.
FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR CRUISE IS DUE BY APRIL 16, 2013. After this date, new reservations may still be made if there is availabilty.
 
**In order to participate in the performances, seminars and activities scheduled for the New Life Alaska Cruise, reservations can only be made with Expanding Horizons.
 
Cancellation Policy
After April 16, 2013, $300 per person is non refundable.
After May 6, 2013, 50% of total cruise per person is non-refundable.
After June 1, 2013, 75% of total cruise per person is non-refundable
After June 16, 2013, there is no refund.
Trip insurance is highly recommended, Expanding Horizons will be happy to provide insurance quotes upon request.
 
Event Cancellation by Sponsor
  • New Life Ministries and Expanding Horizons Group reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
  • If New Life Ministries/EH cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
  • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
  • If booking any non-refundable travel arrangements in conjunction with an event, travel insurance is recommended and available through Expanding Horizons.
